Two hours, three very different kinds of water. This is the outing we recommend when you want a taste of everything Roatán does well without giving up a whole day of your stay.
It opens with 45 minutes of snorkeling over the reef at one of the island's clear-water spots, fish and coral everywhere you look. The boat then heads for the area where the dolphins are usually found and you watch them from the deck as they surface and play. To close, the engine drops to a crawl and you drift through the mangroves of West End — a quiet coastal forest that shelters the island's shoreline and much of its young marine life.
