How your ferry transfer works
Arriving on the ferry
Your driver meets you right at the terminal exit holding a sign with your name, helps with your luggage, and takes you straight to your door. If the Galaxy Wave runs late, we track the arrival — your driver will be there when you dock, at no extra charge.
Leaving the island
We collect you at your hotel with a comfortable margin to board. Tell us your ferry time and we plan the pickup around it, so you're never rushing to catch the boat.

The terminal is about 25–35 minutes from the West Bay and West End hotels (Zone 1), including Infinity Bay, Mayan Princess, Kimpton Grand Roatán and Henry Morgan.
