Parasailing over West Bay: Ten Minutes Above the Reef
From 500 feet up, West Bay stops being a beach and becomes a map: the line of the reef, the shades of blue where the drop-off begins, the boats and the resorts strung along the sand. This is a ten-minute flight on an 800-foot line, and the view is the whole point.
You lift off from the deck of the boat and come back down onto it, so there's no swimming and nothing to learn — if you can sit in a harness you can do it. Riders must be 7 or older; minors need a signed consent from a parent or guardian, and everyone follows the operator's safety rules on the day.
$85 per person for the flight. Someone in your group not flying? They can ride along on the boat for $20. The boat leaves from West Bay; if you're staying elsewhere, ask us on WhatsApp about getting there.
