A private boat with a local captain who fishes these waters every week. You decide the start time and how long you go out, and the captain decides where the fish are: trolling the deep blue beyond the reef for pelagics, then working the reef edges for snapper and grouper on the way back.

It's the same boat whether you're four experienced anglers or a family with kids holding a rod for the first time. Tackle is on board, and so are cold beers, bottled water and fresh fruit.

$150 per hour for the whole boat, 1 to 4 guests, with a two-hour minimum. Departs from West Bay or West End.
