Yes. We follow your flight number live, so if it lands late your driver simply arrives later. There's no waiting fee and nothing you need to rearrange.
Once you've cleared immigration and collected your bags, walk out through the main terminal doors. Your driver is waiting right there in the arrivals meet-and-greet area with a sign, ready to load the luggage.
The sedan is meant for light luggage — carry-ons and small suitcases. If everyone in your party has a large checked bag, the SUV is the better fit; if you're five or more, the van.
Yes, and it's free. Ask for a car seat or a booster in the special requests box and tell us the child's age and weight so we bring the right one.
Once we confirm on WhatsApp we send you a secure payment link (card or PayPal), and that payment is what locks in your reservation. There's nothing to settle with the driver. Cash tips are appreciated but never expected.
Every hour of the day and night, at the same zone rate. Enter your real pickup time when you book and we'll be there.
From RTB it's 25 to 35 minutes to Zone 1 (West Bay, West End, Sandy Bay, French Harbour), 35 to 50 minutes to Zone 2 (Jonesville, Oak Ridge) and up to an hour and a quarter to Zone 3 (Punta Gorda, Camp Bay).
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours we keep 50%. If nobody shows up, the booking is non-refundable.
Yes. Switch on 'Add return trip' in the booking form and both rides go on a single booking. If a round-trip discount applies, our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
